ESG Boot Camp
ESG -- Environmental, Sustainability and Governance -- is a broad term, taking up lots of airwaves in the corporate governance community, and creating a lot of ambiguous confusion. Shareholders expect boards to have a strategic framework for long-term value creation, and corporate sustainability is now firmly entrenched as a business imperative.
Peer Exchange participants are invited to come a day early for a half-day ESG Boot Camp on November 18. Interactive, in-depth working sessions will get public company board members and general counsel ready for the ESG era. Learn more about the agenda details here. |
